Ingredients
- Porterhouse Steak
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Wasabi Paste
- 1 Pak Choi halved
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 serve Rice
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Method
- Mix 1 tbsp Oil and the Wasabi paste together and use it to thinly coat the steak
- Mix 1 tbsp Oil, Dark Soy and the Garlic and coat the Pak Choi
- Heat a grill pan to a high heat
- Cook the steak for 2mins each side, remove to a plate and cover with foil
- Cook the Pak Choi for 2min on the cut side down, turn off the heat and turn the Pak Choi onto the opposite side that you cooked it and leave it in the pan
- Slice steak thinly on an angleCut the Pak Choi into bite sized pieces
- Serve the steak and Pak Choi with rice
