Ingredients
- Diced chicken breast
- 1-2 tablespoons of avocado or vegetable oil.
- Onion, potato and carrot sliced or diced as you like.
- 540ml boiling water
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry mix
Method
- Prepare vegetables, by slicing the carrots into rounds, and dice the onion and potato’s. Dice the chicken breast.
- In one to two tablespoons of oil of your choice gently fry the chicken until sealed and add vegetables. Fry off for about 5 mins.
- Add boiling water and place lid on the pot for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Turn off the heat and add the curry mix, stirring to combine to make a thick curry sauce.
- Serve with freshly steamed rice and enjoy your quick and delicious Japanese curry!
