Wild caught barramundi prawns & calamari with tartar sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
6 Capers
1/4 cup Gherkin relish

Method

Crushed capers and place in bowl. Add Kewpie mayonnaise and gherkin relish. Mix until combined then chill until ready to serve.
