Ingredients
- brown rice
- meat free gluten free chicken
- cucumber
- AMOY white rice vinegar
- OBENTO sushi seasoning
- OBENTO yaki nori
- ABC sweet soy sauce
- KEWPIE mayo
Method
- cook brown rice for 30 mins and the rinse out excess water
- air fry meat free chicken for 22 mins
- once rice is cooked and cooled for 5 minutes stir in sushi seasoning and white rice vinegar with a wooden spoon
- on the side stir mayo and sweet soy sauce together for dipping
- flatten out rice on seaweed leaving 2 cms on all sides then add chicken and cucumber
- use a bamboo roller to roll ingredients, going over in little circles and tightly press down
- once completely rolled, wet fingers with warm water and press down on the edges to seal
- wet knife and cut into small rolls
- ENJOY! with your yummy dipping sauce
