Ingredients
- Garlic, shallots, Tofu, cooking sake, soy sauce, honey
 - 500 gram of Tofu, 2 shallots, handful of Garlic
 
Method
- Cut the garlic and shallots fine and dry the firm tofu
 - Heat the pan, 2 spoon of oil, then put the tofu for 2 minutes until good colour and turn the other side
 - After Tofu both side turn gold colour, put the shallots, 2 spoon of wine wine and 3 spoon of soy sauce and mix together until sauce becomes thick the add 1 spoon of honey and mix together for 1 minutes finish
