Ingredients
- 450g chicken thigh fillet
- 350g onions
- 100g carrots
- 150g potatoes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (neutral)
- 540ml water
- 1 box of S&B golden curry
- salt and pepper to season
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet / pot on medium heat for approx 5 mins
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender. Approximately 15 mins
- Turn the heat off, break S&B golden curry into pieces and add them to the skillet/ pot. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted. Simmer approximately 5 mins, stirring constantly
- Serve hot over rice or noodles
