- Optional toppingFried TempehTempura chicken or Prawns
Method
- Cut up 1 wombok using the white parts cut 35 degree angled slits into white flesh, then thinly slice into julienne strips and place in ice waterThinly slice left over green wombocAdd fresh herb leaves, mint, corriander, Thai basil, and sliced shallotAdd together with other ingredients and 150g of washed bean sprouts.Sprinkle with dried cranberries, and toasted pine nuts.
- Dressing :Combine equal parts abc, soya sauce and sweet chilli
- This dish can be served as is or with your choice of topping, Tempe, tempura Chicken or Prawn are lovely additions.
