Ingredients
- 1× packet of Nori roll sheets
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 1tblspn Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1teaspn Raw sugar
- 1 cucumber sliced thin into strips
- 4 pcs of Crispy extra spicy Chicken
- 1 pour of Kewpie Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups of water
Method
- Cook chicken beforehand in the oven at 180 degrees.Add Rice, vinegar, sugar and water and bring to boil, then simmer for 15mins.Once rice is ready let it cool down, slightly not completely.
- Lay Nori shee with shiny back facing down.Grab a hand full of rice dip in some water.Then spread between 2nd 3rd 4th perforation of the roll.
- Cut chicken into strip's, and lay down on the rice, squeeze a line of Kewpie Wasabi Mayo on top of the chicken.Lay slices of cucumber on the bed of rice.Roll up the sheet remember to tap a bit of water on the edge so it sticks.Cut and enjoy with you favourite dipping sauce.
