Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- Pork
- 4 or 5 large Wombok leaves
- Udon noodles
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of tonkotsu sauce
Method
- Cut vegetables.
- Cook noodles in boiling water
- Mix seasonings: soy sauce, dark soy sauce, mirin, and tonkotsu sauce
- In a heated pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, toss carrot and onion in a pan.
- Once onion has soften a little, add pork.
- Once pork is cooked through, add udon noodles and wombok.
- Add seasoning mix.
- Toss through until sauce is mixed in. Stir fry for about 1 or 2 minutes.
- Serve.
