Ingredients
- 400gram free range chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Hakubaku Organic Udon 270g
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 yellow capsicums
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 birds eye chilli
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Chopped up all the vegetables garlic and chilli and tossed them in the saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5minutes
- Chopped up the chicken breast in another pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5minutes
- Boiled the Hakubaku Organic Udon in another saucepan for 8minutes
- Mixed the Udon, the veggies and the chicken in the main pan with the soy sauce and honey for 2minutes
- Ready to serve
