Ingredients
- 250g Yellow Fin Tuna
- 4 tsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- 1 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds
- 3 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 Cup Edamame Beans, shelled & blanched
- 1 Lebanese Cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Carrot, cut into thin straws
- 4 Radishes, sliced
Method
- Prepare the tuna, cut into cubes approximately one centimetre in size. Pour Obento Teriyaki Marinade into a bowl, add the tuna, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, gently stir through the marinade. Set aside in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- In serving bowls, place the cooked brown rice in the base, layer the cucumber, avocado, carrot, radish and edamame on top of the rice.
- Add the marinated tuna. Sprinkle with some extra sesame seeds and serve with Japanese mayo.
