
Ingredients
- 500g thin beef stir-fry strips
- 2 x Tbsp olive oil
- 2 x Teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 pkt coles mixed stir-fry veg
- Half brown onion
- 350g sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 x teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 small bag English spinach
- 1 pkt flat rice noodles
- 1 pkt honey and soy stir fry sauce
- Fresh basil leaves
Method
- Heat 1/2 the oil in wok add beef strip's and 1/2 the garlic and ginger cooked till gently brown then place in bowl to side.
- Cover rice noodle in seperate bowl with boiling water, remove after 5 minutes, strain under cold water and drain all water off.
- Add other half of olive oil, garlic and ginger to wok, add all veggies except English spinach. Toss with half the soy sauce for 3 minutes.
- Add to the cooked beef strips, mushy and English spinach to wok with rest of soy sauce and honey soy sauce.Continue to toss combining all ingredients evenly.
- Add rice noodles to wok, continue to combine contents of wok. Remove from heat and serve.Top with fresh basil leaves
