Ingredients
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil & sesame oil
- 120g tofu
- Green curry paste half jar
- Soy sauce miso powder mushroom powder
- Coconut milk
- 2 cups raw pumpkin 100 g beans
- Palm sugar salt pepper lime juice to tast
- Lemon grass
Method
- Fry garlic in oils
- Add green curry paste
- Add 1 teaspoons soy & 1/2 of miso powder & 1/4 mushroom powder
- Stir over low heat for 1 minute
- Add coconut milk
- Add pumpkin
- Cook for 4-5 minutes with lid on
- Add beans
- Add tofu
- Add palm sugar lime juice lemon grass to taste
- Serve with coconut noodles
- Cook noodles in coconut milk
- Serve hot
