Ingredients
- Sweet Potato Noodles
- Zucchini ribbons
- Bamboo Shoots
- Fresh grated ginger
- Fresh ground pepper
- Tamari
- Salt
Method
- Cook noodles in water for 10 minutes and drain.
- Use potato peeler to make Zucchini ribbons.
- Pan fry Zucchini with Ginger for 3 minutes, add bamboo shoots and noodles and pan fry for a minute and add a few dashes of tamari and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
