- Frozen Beef Roll, glass noodles(Korean Dangmyeon) , Soy Sauce, Minced garlic, White pepper, Salt, Fish Sauce, Chopped spring onion.

Method
- Put the 600g of frozen beef brisket slices and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic into a stockpot and sauté over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Drizzle 1½ tablespoons of soy sauce over the well-browned beef brisket slices, letting it slightly caramelize as it hits the pot. Then add 700 ml of water. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and season with salt and half tablespoon of fish sauce to taste. Finish by sprinkling chopped green onions and white pepper according to your preference, and enjoy it deliciously with a bowl of rice.
