Method
- Boiling eggs in water 10mins,cold down and peal egg shells,
- Put soy sauce one spoon,oyster sauce one spoon,Sesame oil one spoon, some water and chili powder mixed it and put in container with well cook egg,and egg tofu together
- And small chop spring onion inside and put in fridge three hours ,will be ready to egg
