Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 500g Mince Chicken
- 1 Can Valcom Water Chestnut Slices
- 1Tbs light olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 small carrot grated
- 5 mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 sweet capsicum chopped
- 1 1/4 tsp cornflour (for sauce)
- 2 tbs water (for sauce)
- 2 tbs tamari (for sauce)
- 2 tbs ouster sauce (for sauce)
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil (for sauce)
- 2 tbs rice vinegar (for sauce)
- 1 tsp sugar (for sauce)
- 1 tbs honey (for sauce)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (for sauce)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbs toasted sesame seeds

Method
- Mix cornflour with 2 tbs water till smooth, then add all other sauce ingredients, mix it up and set it to the side.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger stir, then add onion.
- Cook for a minute then add the chicken mince. When the chicken turns white add the pepper and half the sesame seeds. Stir.
- Add in all the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add sauce and cook until it gets thick and glossy. The mince should be well coated.
- Spoon filling into a lettuce leaf and garnish with sesame seeds. Yum!
