Asian Chicken Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 150gm chicken thigh
- Oil to coat pan
- One teaspoon kecap manis
- 3/4 cup Brown rice salad (brown rice, capsicum, tomato, parsley, olives)
- Half avocado
- 150g brocollini
- Half cup store bought hommus
- One pita bread
- 50g lettuce
- Kewpie Japanese Roasted sesame dressing

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cook brown rice in rice cooker, cool and add ingredients above.
- Coat cut chicken with kecap. Heat oil in pan or wok and stir fry until cooked.
- Cook brocollini 1 minute in microwave on high.
- Toast pita bread in sandwich maker brushed with margarine each side.
- Assemble bowl. Lettuce, topped with brown rice salad, sliced avocado, steamed brocollini, hommus with pita slices to the side. Top rice with cooked chicken and drizzle Kewpie dressing across all items aside from Pita.
