Asian fusion sushi mania

Ingredients
- 1 packet Obentos yaki nori for sushi
- 500g chicken
- 2 cups Obentos sushi rice
- 1 tbsp ABC Kecap Manis
- 1 tbsp ABC dark Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Obentos rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Carrots
- 100g Smoked salmon
- 100g Prawns
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch Chinese five spice
- Kewpie mayo

Method
- Follow the direction on Orbentos sushi rice in rice cooker for 2 cups of rice
- Add oil, soy sauce, kecap manis, brown sugar, garlic and ginger to a hot pan, add chicken cut into strips into the pan, sauté until seared, turn element off and leave on the stove.
- Cook prawns in oil on fry pan, adding Chinese five spice when orange. Cook for 3 minutes or until orange and remove from heat
- Place all ingredients on bench, assemble sushi on bamboo sushi roller. Place nori shiny side down, add rice to cover nori, and then add chosen ingredients before rolling sushi up.
