Method
- Mix all marinade ingredients Chop capsicum and onion in squares Cut beef into cubesMarinade beef and vegetables for a few hours in separate containers
- Combine all marinade indgridients 1/2 cup obento sushi and sashimi soy sauce1/2 cup obento mirin1/2 cup Chinese cooking wine1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup honey1 tablespoon sesame oilPinch of dried garlic flakes
- BBQ over medium heating turning every 2 minutes Enjoy your BBQ kebabs with fresh crusty bread
