Avocado, Cucumber, Tuna Sushi served with fried shallots, pickled ginger and soy sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Sushi Rice
- 1 Avocado
- 1 large can of Tuna
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- Obento Yaki nori for sushi

- OBENTO - MIRIN SEASONING
- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker then cool.
- Prepare avocado and cucumber
- Spread sushi rice on Obento yaki nori then add avocado and cucumber
- Roll up sushi and cut up. Serve with pickled ginger, friend shallots and soy sauce. Yum !
