Avocado, egg dip

Ingredients
- 2 Hard boiled eggs
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tablespoon Kewpie Mayonnaise

Method
- Boil 2 eggs, cool peel and chop.Peel and mash a small avocado1 tablespoon of Kewpie Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine all ingredients, mashing with a fork.
- Serve as a dip, on sandwiches or a bagel.
