Avocado & Mayo Maki Sushi Roll

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- 4 slices avocado
- 1 Obento yaki nori sheet
- 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice

Method
- Cook Sushi Rice as per packet instructions.
- Place yaki nori sheet onto bamboo rolling mat and spread 1/2 cup cooled cooked sushi rice to edges. Leaving 1 inch of space at the far end of the sheet without rice.
- Add 1 tbsp of kewpie mayonnaise and avocado slices in a straight line across the length of the rice and nori.
- Lift the front of the bamboo mat closest to you and begin to roll the sheet tightly. Just before reaching the end of the sheet, wet the exposed strip with a little water. Apply gentle pressure to join the edges of the nori sheet together.
- Slice the maki roll into 2 hand rolls or 8 small pieces. Enjoy!
