- Cooked Rice
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Furikake (Rice Seasoning)
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Barbecue Sauce
- Siracha
- Cream Cheese
- Tuna flakes
- Crab meat (Seafood Sticks)
- Pepper
- Nori
- Toasted Seaweed Snacks

Method
- Cook your rice. After it is cooked, put salt, sugar, vinegar, and Furikake seasoning with it and mix well. Place the rice mixture on a pan; could be 8x8 or 9x9 square pan but it depends on you. Cover the rice with nori. Make sure to cover all the rice.
- Make the topping by mixing Kewpie mayonnaise with your crab meat (seafood sticks), cream cheese, drained tuna flakes, sliced fried tofu, sliced shiitake mushroom, siracha, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper. After mixing, place it above the rice topped with nori. Evenly spread the topping mixture.
- Top the mixture with lines of siracha, Kewpie mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce to make it even more special! Top it with extra Furikake seasoning to add more beauty and flavouring.
- Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for about 18-20 minutes (you can leave it longer if you like the top to be crunchier on bite).
