Baked pork chop rice with green curry sauce

Ingredients
- Rice
- Pork chops
- Onion
- Coconut milk
- Miso
- Yuzu

Method
- Cook your rice first so it’s ready to serve. • Rinse the rice. • Cook in a rice cooker or pot with water until fluffy. • Set aside.
- • Season the pork chops with salt. • Heat oil in a pan and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden and cooked through. • Remove the pork, slice it, and set aside. • In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion until soft.
- Add green curry paste (if part of the recipe) and cook briefly with the onions. • Pour in coconut milk, stir in miso, and simmer until slightly thick. • Finish with a splash of yuzu for acidity. • Plate the rice, top with sliced pork, and pour the curry sauce over.
