Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Balanced beauty

Ingredients
- 50g snap-frozen sliced beans
- 100g potato, sliced or cubed. (in a microwave potato steamer if you have one)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise (for sauce) plus extra for drizzling
- Chicken herb salt spice (or spice of your choice)
- Salt (to taste)
- 100g chicken breast, cubed

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE 50% REDUCED FAT
Method
- 1- Place frozen veges in microwave safe bowl and cover. Include potato if you don't have a steamer for it, else put the potato in its steamer next to the bowl
- 2- Cook veges in 1100W microwave for 8min on high
- 3- Heat 1tsp of oil and 1tsp of butter in frypan
- 4- Add cubed chicken breast, and cover pan with a splatterguard
- When meat is white on top, flip it, add spice and Kewpie, and replace guard
- Remove veges from microwave and drain excess water. Add remaining oil and butter, and salt to taste. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir veges and meat and serve on plate.
- Drizzle everything with Kewpie mayo (and add a bit extra on the side for dipping/dunking broccoli)
