Method
- Clean the betel leaves. • Spread gulkand on each leaf. • Sprinkle fennel seeds, cardamom, coconut, supari, clove powder, and tutti frutti. • Fold the leaf into a triangle or cone. • Garnish with silver vark and drizzle sugar syrup if desired.
