Ingredients
- 4 Bao Buns
- 8 crumbed prawns
- Bang bang sauce
- Pickled carrot and radish matchsticks
- Sushi & sashimi soy sauce

Method
- Steam 4 bao buns for 6 minutes
- Microwave the 8 precooked crumbed prawns for 2 minutes
- Filled each bun. Finish by drizzling the Bang Bang sauce and sushi & sashimi soy sauce on top.
