Ingredients
- Fresh Barramundi fillets skin ON
- Flour salt pepper to coat
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 fresh tomatoes, 2 cups baby spinach, avocado, broccolli sprouts
- Teriyaki Beef ready sauce
- 1 teaspoon miso paste

Method
- Generously coat barramundi in flour, salt and white pepper, Leave aside while preparing the sauce
- In a small bowl, Mix 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee teriyaki beef sauce and 1 teaspoon of miso paste ( or small miso soup pack )
- In a large non stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil ( or olive oil for healthier option) med to high heat. Slowly add the barramundi, skin side up. Cook for 3 minutes, then gently turn to cook skin side. After 1 minute, turn heat down to medium. Cook for further 3 minutes ( depending on thickness of barramundi ) Skin should be crispy. In the same pan on the side, add fresh halved tomatoes and baby spinach to cook a further 5 minutes
- When everything is cooked to perfection, pour the teriyaki sauce over the barramundi, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with tomatoes, baby spinach, and veges of your choice - only one pan to clean!
