Barramundi and Pumpkin Thai Green Curry

- Barramundi
- coconut oil
- pumpkin

Method
- Heat oil in pan, fry gain and onions
- Add 2 tablespoons of green curry paste
- Add coconut milk, pumpkin and carrot, bring to gil then simmer and add barramundi
