Basic but brilliant Chicken Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- 3 tablespoons ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)
- Sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Obento pickled ginger
- Rice of your choice
- Tablespoon of olive oil

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE
Method
- Cook rice
- Dice chicken into small pieces and marinate with sweet soy sauce. Let sit for 10-30 minutes.
- Whilst waiting, dice cucumber, dice tomato and peel carrots with a peeler into long strips.
- Heat a fry pan and oil. Cook chicken until sauce becomes sticky.
- Plate up rice, chicken, tomato, carrot and cucumber.
- Add ginger to your liking and top with Kewpie mayonaise! Enjoy
