Bawden’s Beef Stir fry

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
- 400 grm good steak, sliced into strips
- chilli, garlic & ginger to taste
- green veggies and beansprouts

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- mix half Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and dry sherry and mix with sliced beef, leave in fridge for at least 1 hour
- then fry quickly in wok, and once sealed, put aside
- in same wok fry chili, garlic and ginger until fragrent, add vegetables, then add remainder of saucesStir fry and mix with chilli etc, then add 1 cup water and cook, add beansprouts last
- Add cooked beef, and mix together until all cooked, but veggies firm.
- serve with fresh steamed rice
