BBQ Beef with Cubed potatoes, Grilled Corn and Sprouts with Kewpie Dill Dressing

Ingredients
- Porterhouse Steak
- Buttered Corn con
- Brussels Sprouts
- Cubed potato, dusted in seasoned flour
- Canola Oil to shallow fry
- 2 - 3 Tablespoons Kewpie Mayonaise
- 2 teaspoons chopped Dill
- Squeeze of Lime
- Salt and pepper

Method
- Prepare Steak and season to tasteDice potatoes and dust with flour, salt and pepper, heat canola oil and shallow fry cubes until golden brown. Drain the crispy potato cubes on a plate lined with paper towel before serving.
- Combine Kewpie Mayonaise, dill and lime and stir together in a small bowl, set aside.
- Heat BBQ grill and cook steak to your preferred liking.While Steak is cooking grill Brussels sprouts and corn cob, tossing to allow even cooking.
- Once all components are cooked, plate up and serve the Kewpie Dill & Lime Dressing. It is delicious and goes well on all the vegetables.
