Bear-ry Tasty Onigiri

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori Sheets
- Obento Sushi Seasoning 1/4 cup
- Short grain white rice 2 cups
- Cooked chicken thigh
- Mayonnaise
- Furikake (rice seasoning)

Method
- Cook 2 cups of short grain white rice in a rice cooker then rest for 10 minutes.
- Add Obento Sushi Seasoning to rice in a bowl and mix well.
- Wet the bear shaped mold with a bit of water to prevent sticking. Spoon warm rice into mold until it is halfway full.
- Create small indent in center of rice and add 1-2 teaspoons of cooked chicken and mayonnaise.
- Cover mold with more rice to the top until mold is full to the corners.
- Place lid on mold and press firmly to shape the rice. Gently remove onigiri from the mold.
- Wrap a small strip of nori around the base of the bear and season with Furikake.Optional: Serve with extra strips of nori on the side.
