- Beef
- ABC sweet soy
- Oyster sauce
- Broccoli
- Capsicum
- Galric
- Spring onion
- Red onion
- Salt and pepper
- noodles

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Brown beef with garlic , take off heat
- Add everything else except broccoli into pan cook for 10min
- Throw all back in and add oyster sauce with abc sauce
- At the end throw broccoli into pan and abit more abc sauce
