Beef and mushroom curry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large onion
- 3cm chunk ginger
- 400g beef chunks
- 1 litre 'Best of the Bone's bone broth from concentrate - organic mushroom flavour
- 4 potatoes quartered
- Drizzle of Kecap manis

Method
- Heat oil and saute onion until soft. Heat ginger and brown meat. Add 1 litre of broth made from 'Best of the bone' concentrate. Add Kecap Mani's and potatoes. Pressure cook for 30mins
