Beef bibimbap bowl

Ingredients
- Beef mince 500gm
- 1 large carrot
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- Large handful of beans
- 4 baby qukes
- 1/2 cup light soy
- Tbs kepic manis
- 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar
- Kewpie mayo to serve
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 4x eggs

Method
- Prepare veggies by chopping carrot into thin sticks, slicing cucumber, mince garlic, dice shallot, and trim and half beans.
- Make sauce by combining soy, sugar and a tbs water in a bowl
- Heat oil in a pan add shallot and garlic then mince, combine until brown then add sauce.
- Move to one side and cook beans and carrots until soft
- Boil water and cook rice at same time
- Place rice in bowl first, then mince and veggies, top with chopped cucumber.
- Fry eggs in same pan and place on top of bowl. Top with kelpie mayo
