Beef Giniling

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. neutral oil
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 300 grams beef mince
- 2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 50 grams tomato paste
- 1 medium potato, peeled and small-diced
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and small-diced
- ½ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup green peas, frozen
- 2 tbsp. sultanas
- 2 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced (for garnish)

Method
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
- Add the beef mince. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles.
- Stir in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and tomato paste. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the diced potatoes, diced carrots, black pepper and water. Stir well. Cover the pan and simmer for 9 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the frozen green peas and sultanas. Simmer for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer the Beef Giniling to a serving bowl. Garnish with the sliced hard-boiled eggs. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
