Beef & greens bowl

Ingredients
- Broccolini bunch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 500g beef mince
- 2 bunches buk Choy
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Kewpie mayo
- Coriander
- Microwave rice

Method
- Cook beef mince in a large pan or wok on high heat, remove onto a plate once cooked through
- Add sesame oil to pan, then add chopped broccoli & cook for a couple minutes until tender
- Add garlic and stir through, cook for a couple more minutes
- Add beef mince back in and add chopped buk Choy. Mix to combine
- Sprinkle in chilli flakes and cook for a couple minutes
- Add soy sauces & vingegar then cook for a couple minutes
- Heat rice in microwave, serve in bowl and top with beef & greens mixture
- Top with Kewpie mayo & coriander. Enjoy!!
