Beef Mongolian lamb and vegetables with rice

- Extra lean beef stir fry
- Carrot
- Green beans
- Cauliflower
- Mongolian lamb sauce
- Rice with egg noodles

Method
- Pan on medium heat Add 2 table spoons of olive oil and chopped onions some crushed garlic in pan and cook then Cut up the extra lean beef stir fry beef smaller or not then add it in the pan and salt , pepper, add the cut up carrots green beans and cauliflower let it all cook through
- Then add the Mongolian lamb sauce and half a cup of water once it boils bring down to simmer
- For the rice. Put 2 table spoon of olive oil then crush 2 hand full of noodles in the other pan until the colour changes a bit then add rice after its cleaned and double the water plus a extra half cup add some salt let it boil then put down to low and add the lid until water evaporates completely
