Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Lean Beef strips
- Broccoli, carrot, red capsicum
- Singapore Style noodles

Method
- Brown beef, put sliced carrot and broccoli in steamer to go a little bit soft, take beef back out of saucepan than put mushrooms and capsicum in saucepan with some olive oil, leave to cook for about 3-4 mins , add beef back in, add 2 packets of Mongolian lamb sauce and a little bit of water (I like there to be a little of sauce to slurp the noodles) lol than leave to cook for about 20 mins on low , add the broccoli and carrots when they are soft than put the noodles into the water to break them apart than add them to the beef.
- Leave for 5 mins so the noodles can soak in the juicy sauce
- Dish up ☺️
