Ingredients
- Beef thinly sliced
- Sesame Oil
- Diced onion, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, zucchini
- Fish sauce, Sweet soy, Green Curry Paste
Method
- Sear beef in sesame oil, add onion, garlic and capsicum. Add fish sauce and tsp of Green Curry paste. Add fresh broccoli, carrot, zucchini or other vegetables.Toss until vegetables are softening.Add sweet soy or sweet chilli sauce to taste
