Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 500 grams rump steak
- 1 brown onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 100 grams broccoli
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons spoons ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 packets Singapore noodles
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed ginger

Method
- Slice the rump steak against the grain, making long strips of stir fry meat. Dice the onion. Slice the capsicum into long strips.Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
- In a wok on medium heat, add the sesame oil. When the oil is ready, add the steak and onion. Cook until brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning the meat.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir through the meat and onions.
- Add the capsicum, broccoli and capsicum and stir through. Place a lid on top of the wok to promote enough moisture to soften the vegetables. Leave the lid on for 10 minutes.
- While simmering the ingredients, boil the kettle and place the hot water into a deep bowl. Add the noodles until soft and tender or to your liking.
- While the noodles are soaking, add the ABC sweet soy sauce and the soy sauce to the wok. Stir through the meat and vegetables. Replace the lid to allow the flavours to mingle.
- Strain the noodles and stir through the meat and vegetables.
- Dish up to your favourite peeps and eat while it’s hot!
