Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 500g Mince beef
- 500g frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Instant noodles

Method
- Heat oil in a large pan, add mince beef and break up any clumps. Cook over high heat until fully brown. Add salt and pepper.
- Add vegetables and stir fry. Add crushed garlic and oyster sauce.
- Meanwhile boil instant noodles for 2 minutes in another pot. Drain the water. Add noodles to the stir fry, mix well and serve.
