- Beef mince
- Tofu
- Shredded veggies
- Gouchujang paste
- Soy sauce
- Yuzu vinegar
- Mirin
- Sesame oil
- Miso paste
- Kimchi
- Pickled daikon
- Garlic

Method
- Cook mince and minced up firm tofu with garlic
- Add gouchujang and miso paste with soy sauce, vinegar and mirin. Simmer for a few mins dissolving all pastes
- Mix in veggies and sesame oil and cook for a few more mins. Shredded veg will cook quickly. Can add larger veggies in earlier if desired, chinese broccoli works nicely.
- Serve with kimchi and pickled daikon
