Bitey Bean Chilli Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tsps Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- 200g Green Beans
- 125g tin of Corn Kernals
- 125g tin of Black Beans
- 125g tin of Four Bean Mix
- 2 Carrots Julienned
- 1/2 Red Onion sliced
- 2 Spring Onions sliced diagonally
- Dash of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Small Chillies
- Red Pepper
- Sesame Seeds
- Sesame Oil

Method
- Rinse and wash beans. Julienne Carrots.
- Heat Sesame Oil in wok over medium/high heat.
- Fry Green beans in batches for about 2-3 minutes and transfer to a plate using a strainer.
- Over medium/high heat add the minced Garlic and cook till fragrant. Then add in the Soy Sauce, Red Pepper Flakes and Maple Syrup.
- Place the Green Beans back into the wok and add the Corn Kernals, Red Onion, Carrot, Black and Four Bean Mix. Stir in the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil, making sure to coat all the ingredients. Toss and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and garnish with Sesame Seeds, Chilli and Spring Onion.
