Bitter melon bean curds with pork

Ingredients
- Bitter melon
- Bean curd puffs
- Dry Black bean
- Oyster sauce
- Pork rib
- Dry Shallots
- Ginger

Method
- Prepare all ginger, shallots, black bean chop small
- Cut bitter melon in slices put salt and leave for a while, press and squeeze water, wash it. Put in put and dry,,add a spoon of sugar
- Prepare pork and seasoned with sugar, pepper powder, Chinese wine, soy sauce leaves 15 mins.
