Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients
- Beef sliced for stirfry
- 1 Capsicum 2cm pieces
- 1 Carrot thinly sliced
- 50g Fish Sauce
- 3 tps soy sauce
- 1 tps ground black pepper
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Brown sliced beef in oil on high heat and remove from pan. Set aside.
- Combine soy sauce, fish sauce and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add capsicum, onion and carrot to same pan and cook on high heat for a few minutes. Add garlic and cook for a further minute.
- Add meat back into pan with vegetables and add fish sauce, soy sauce and black pepper mixture. Cook for a couple of minutes until it has reduced.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
