Black pepper steak with rice

Ingredients
- 500g stir fry steak
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pepper steak sauce
- Vegetables
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- Pinch of Salt and pepper
- 1 cup basmati rice

Method
- In a pan, cook stir fry steak in 1 tbsp oil. Let it cook evenly.
- Add dark soy sauce, ginger paste, and pepper steak sauce. Mix well
- Add vegetables and let simmer on low heat until steak is tender and vegetables are soft
- Cook your rice separately.
- Serve and enjoy!
