Ingredients
- Terryaki marinated chicken
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 brown onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 Bok choy
- 1 cup rice to serve

Method
- Preparation:- Marinate chicken in terryaki sauce. - Julian capsicum and onion. - Dice Bok choy.- Finely chop garlic.- wash rice thoroughly and pop in rice cooker
- Preparation continued:- Prepare sauce by measuring and combining Oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Stir together.
- Cooking:- I cook chicken on the Webber (quick n easy) till nearly done. - add 1 tablespoon of oil to wok- fry onion, capsicum, Bok choy and garlic
- Cooking continued:- pour in pre made sauce- add chicken- stir together
- Remove from heat and serve with rice.
