Boudib’s San Choy Bao

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1kg pork mince extra lean
- 2x Lee Kum Kee - San Choy Bao mixed
- 500g sliced mushroom
- Shallots to garnish
- Iceberg lettuce to serve
- 225g water chestnuts

Method
- On High Heat, add your Olive oil to the pan and your porn Mince.
- Once pork mince has cooked through and is coloured, salt for flavour.
- Add your mushrooms and chopped water chestnuts to the pan and mix thoroughly
- After 2 minutes, add the San Choy Bao sauce packets and cook for another 4 minutes
- Garnish with sliced shallots
- Serve in your lettuce cups
